Amino acids such as L-Glutamine are the building blocks of protein. Supplementing the body’s production of glutamine may help replenish stores after intense exercise.

We recommend taking 5-20g per day, mixed in water, preferably on an empty stomach. As a supplement, it may simply be added to your favourite protein supplement, recovery formula or CNP Mass product.
