If your chosen delivery method specifies "No Signature Required," you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• NI Supplements is not liable for any loss, theft, or non-receipt of parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Delivery confirmation includes photographic and GPS evidence provided by the courier.

• By selecting "No Signature Required," you accept these terms and agree to the associated risks. For additional security, customers are encouraged to choose delivery options that require a signature.

For "Signature Required" deliveries, NI Supplements will accept liability for loss or non-receipt of parcels until delivery is confirmed by the customer's signature.

2. Information About Us

www.nisupplements.com is operated by NI Supplements Ltd ("we").

3. Privacy Policy

Our policy on customer data processing is outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

• We do not store complete credit card numbers. Only the first few and/or last digits are retained for reference.

• For repeat orders, credit card details are securely stored by our payment processor, which provides a unique token for transactions. This ensures your data remains secure.

4. Service Availability

We accept orders from all countries. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with the import regulations of the destination country, including but not limited to VAT, duties, and taxes.

5. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

6. How the Contract is Formed

6.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. 6.2 Acceptance of your order is confirmed only when we send an email stating that the Product has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation").

7. Availability and Delivery

Orders will be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the Dispatch Confirmation or within 30 days, unless exceptional circumstances arise.

8. Risk and Title

8.1 Risk of the Products passes to you upon delivery. 8.2 Ownership of the Products transfers to you once full payment is received.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 Prices are subject to change but will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has been sent. 9.2 In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices accordingly before dispatch.

10. Refunds Policy

10.1 We offer a full refund or exchange for defective products or manufacturing faults. 10.2 Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods. 10.3 Returns due to personal preference or opened packaging cannot be accepted unless the product is faulty.
