Terms & Conditions (UK)

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of and purchases from www.nisupplements.com (“Site”), operated by Nutrition & Internet Supplements Limited, trading as NI Supplements (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1) Company information

2) Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under UK law.
3) Ordering & contract formation
- After checkout you will receive an order acknowledgement (not acceptance).
- Acceptance occurs when we send your Dispatch Confirmation email; a binding contract forms at that point.
- We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock errors, payment failure, or suspected misuse/fraud (any captured payment will be refunded).
4) Prices, taxes & payment
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment is required before dispatch; we do not store full card details.
- Repeat payments may use secure processor tokens (not full card numbers).
5) Delivery, Risk & Ownership
Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout and/or in your Dispatch Confirmation.
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once delivery is confirmed by our courier, which occurs when the parcel is:
(a) signed for by you or your nominated recipient, or
(b) confirmed delivered with photographic and GPS proof where you selected “No Signature Required”.
By selecting “No Signature Required”, you authorise our courier to leave your parcel at your delivery address or nominated safe place. Once photo and GPS delivery confirmation is recorded, the order is deemed successfully delivered and NI Supplements bears no further responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. 6) Import/export (non-UK)
For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for local import rules, duties and taxes.
7) Cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided goods are unused and sealed. For health/hygiene reasons, ingestible products cannot be returned once opened. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process.
8) Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- Within 30 days: short-term right to reject for a refund, or choose replacement.
- We may request reasonable evidence (photos) and/or the item returned for inspection.
- If a fault is confirmed, we cover reasonable return costs and offer refund or replacement.
- No advance replacements: For fraud-prevention and quality control, we do not ship replacements until the original goods are received and inspected.
9) Returns & exchanges (summary)
- All returns must be authorised. We typically provide a Royal Mail QR code or printable label.
- Collections may be available but operate within standard courier time windows; 1-hour slots cannot be guaranteed.
- Unauthorised returns may be refused.

10) Exchange costs for change-of-mind
If you change your mind about the flavour or product variant you ordered, and the item is unopened and in original packaging:
- We will issue a Royal Mail QR return code at your expense (cost shown at issue and either paid upfront or deducted from the outcome).
- You must also pay for the replacement item (correct flavour/variant) and the outbound shipping for that replacement.
- No advance replacements: The replacement dispatches only after we have received and inspected your return and after the replacement invoice is paid.
- If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange, we will refund the product price after receipt/inspection and deduct the return label cost. Original shipping is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Exchanges are not available for opened/unsealed ingestible products.
11) Evidence & anti-fraud
We may request evidence (e.g., photos of packaging, seals, batch/BBE). If returns do not match items shipped, or empty/irrelevant contents are sent, we may decline remedies and report suspected fraud to payment processors or relevant authorities. Disposal of goods before authorisation/inspection may extinguish the right to a remedy.
12) Promotions, discount codes & gift cards
Promotions and codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to expiry and stated terms. We may cancel promotions in cases of misuse.
13) Medical disclaimer
Products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, medicated or under medical supervision. Follow label directions; keep out of reach of children.
14) Liability
- We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.
- Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
- We are not liable for business/indirect losses where you purchase as a consumer.
15) Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruption, strikes, extreme weather). We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
16) Intellectual property
All content is owned by or licensed to Nutrition & Internet Supplements Limited and protected under UK IP law. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
17) Communications & notices
We primarily communicate by email. By ordering, you consent to necessary transactional/contractual emails. Notices to us: sales@nisupplements.com or the postal address above.
18) Assignment
We may transfer our rights/obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
19) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction.
20) Klarna payments
Payments via Klarna Bank AB are subject to Klarna’s own terms and privacy policy, and to our Privacy Policy.
