Vitamin D3 (2500IU) – In studies men that supplemented with Vitamin D caused significant increases in testosterone compared to placebo. This trend also occurred with free testosterone and bio available testosterone.
D-Aspartic Acid (3g) – DAA increases testosterone by the up regulation of mRNA. During a study on 23 healthy men, 20 of the 23 of them increased testosterone levels by an average of 42%. After stopping the study their testosterone levels remained 22% higher. Another study showed an increases of testosterone by 20%.
Maca Root Extract (1.5g) – Whilst Maca does not effect testosterone it is highly effective at increasing sex drive levels, especially in men with lower testosterone. It was reported (self-report as part of a study) that Maca increased sex drive between 24.4% and 40%.
ProLensis (1g) – ProLensis is a multi-faceted compound in all of the ways it exerts its positive effects on the hormonal balance of the body. Pro Lensis increases GnRH-LH signally as well as increasing cholesterol in the testes, both of which are extremely important for testosterone synthesis.
GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone) is released from the brain which then in turn stimulates the release of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) from the Pitutary. LH directly stimulates the Leydig Cells in the testes to release testosterone. Evidence has shown that ProLensis can stimulate LH by 169%.
ProLensis also elevates levels of testicular cholesterol. Which is effectively the raw material for creating testosterone in the testes. If cholesterol levels are not elevated in the testes then testosterone cannot be increased. Research has shown that Prolensis can increase testosterone by 347%.
ProLensis demonstrated in studies a estrogen reduction of as much as 35% as well as not increasing Prolactin (serum) levels. ProLensis has also been shown to work as an aphrodisiac and when given to mammals has shown siginificant increase in frequencies to mount, intromission, ejaculation and ejaculatory latency due to the increase in acid phosphatase (ACPT).
