Cut-off & Processing

• Orders placed before 1 p.m. UK time are processed the same working day.
• Courier networks operate Monday–Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Delivery speeds below exclude Sundays unless stated.

Reminder: Selecting “No Signature Required” means your parcel may be left at your address or a designated safe location without a signature; photo/GPS proof is used to confirm delivery.

Northern Ireland, Ireland, EU & International

Services, prices and transit times are shown at checkout based on your address and cart contents. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes payable by the recipient. We cannot control customs delays.

General Delivery Terms

No Signature Required

By selecting “No Signature Required”, you authorise our courier to deliver your parcel to your address or a nominated safe location without obtaining a signature. Our delivery partners capture photographic and GPS confirmation of the delivery location. Once this confirmation is recorded, the order is deemed successfully delivered and the risk of loss or theft passes to you. NI Supplements will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Signature Required

A signature will be obtained at delivery. Until a signed handover occurs, the parcel remains at the sender’s risk. This option offers full proof of receipt and is recommended if you cannot ensure someone will be present to receive the parcel.

Same-Day Dispatch (Express)

Guaranteed for orders placed before 1 p.m. Courier network delays can occasionally occur.

Working Days & Cut-off

Processing Monday–Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 1 p.m. are processed the next working day.

Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been confirmed delivered by our courier (via signature, or via photo & GPS confirmation where “No Signature Required” was selected), ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to the customer. NI Supplements’ delivery obligation ends at this point.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If an order is returned due to customer error (for example: providing an incorrect address, failure to take delivery, or failure to arrange collection/redelivery), a re-shipping fee applies. Alternatively, we can refund the item price minus our outbound shipping costs. If the error is ours, we will re-ship at our expense.

Non-Delivery Claims

All non-delivery claims are investigated with the courier. Where the courier confirms delivery (via signature or photo/GPS evidence), orders are not eligible for replacement or refund under this policy.
