What is Tri-Creatine Malate?

Tri-creatine malate is a proprietary blend of creatine and malic acid, meaning that it is combined on a cellular level. This allows the body to absorb more creatine, which leads to higher ATP levels.

When do I use Tri-Creatine Malate?

Mix 1 serving (4.5 g = ½ dosing spoon = 1 tbsp) of beverage powder with 200 ml of water or juice. Take 1 serving 20 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!
