We have designed SUPER 4™ to be a five-star protein with full transparency.
Each 35g serving delivers a complete protein source derived from a premium blend of whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, micellar casein, and whey protein concentrate to feed and aid muscle tissue growth and recovery with a steady flow of full spectrum amino acids for optimum results.
The SUPER 4™ blend is designed with both fast and slow acting proteins. Research has shown that whey protein will help boost muscle protein synthesis but due to its rapid absorption it does this for only a short amount of time, but when mixed with slow releasing proteins research suggests that muscle protein synthesis remains elevated for a longer, which may have a significant impact on overall gains.

General Delivery Terms
- No Signature Required: By selecting this option you agree your parcel may be left at the delivery address or a designated safe location without a signature. Photographic and GPS proof from the courier confirms delivery. Claims of non-delivery will be investigated, but parcels confirmed delivered are not eligible for replacement.
- Signature Required: A signature will be obtained at delivery; choose this for added security.
- Same-day dispatch (express): Guaranteed for orders placed before 1 p.m. Courier delays can occasionally occur.
- Working days: Processing Mon–Sat (excl. Bank Holidays). Deliveries do not include Sundays unless stated by the service.
- Cut-off: Orders after 1 p.m. are processed the next working day.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If an order is returned due to customer error (e.g., failure to take delivery or arrange collection/redelivery), a re-shipping fee applies. Alternatively, a refund of the item price minus our shipping costs can be provided. If the error is ours, we will re-ship at our expense.
