This product has been carefully formulated to deliver TORQ’s unique blend of multiple-transportable carbohydrates and electrolytes to the working muscles extremely quickly and efficiently using research-proven 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose technology and all 5 key electrolytes.
TORQ Gel forms part of the TORQ Fuelling System.
Each TORQ gel (whether caffeinated or not) provides 30 grams of multiple-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ Unit), which is a significantly greater concentration than many brands on the market today featured in larger heavier packages. For optimal performances, our TORQ Fuelling System recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ Units per hour which can be achieved through consuming a variety of fuelling products as illustrated in the table below. Consuming a TORQ Gel is simply one method of ingesting a TORQ Unit.

Multiple-Transportable Carbohydrates: TORQ Gel utilises a 2:1 blend of glucose-derivatives and fructose founded on a now substantial body of peer-reviewed published research. The carbohydrate sources for TORQ Gel come from an extremely low osmolality maize-derived maltodextrin (a long chain glucose derivative) and fructose. This dual-delivery carbohydrate formulation has been proven beyond doubt to supply energy faster than any other combination of carbohydrates or single carbohydrate source formulations. Take a look at the two very short animations below, which demonstrate how 2:1 Glucose-Derivatives:Fructose deliver over 40% more carbohydrate to the blood per hour than single glucose sources (the next best option).

We offer free 1-2 day delivery for all orders over £70.00 if ordered before 1pm excluding weekends.
All orders placed before 1p.m. will be processed the same day (excluding weekends) and delivered accordingly with chosen delivery option . Please note that courier companies work from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping on orders under £50.00 will be £5.99 and are 1-2 day delivery sent via Parcelforce/GLS.

Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs we (NI Supplements) or the courier cannot get more updates than what will appear of your tracking info. Customs are an entity of their own as with new Brexit laws they are sometimes extremely slow at processing orders. Any delays outside of our standard stated delivery times due to customs we cannot accept as our responsibility. We cannot contact them to speed up your order.
When you Complete your order and tick the checkbox you are accepting the Terms as stated above. Please be aware of this when you are ordering to the EU.
Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.
