I mix this along with JP's EAAS, pink salt, electrolytes, creatine and glutamine for my intra and it works a treat. Only thing worth mentioning is to pick your flavour combos carefully, I got the sour cherry EAAs as it was the only one in stock and the flavour isn't bad whatsoever, just does not mix well whatsoever flavourwise... Otherwise the carb b lend sits really well with me and I definitely feel an improvement, feeling a lot more sustained and fuller all the way to the end of my sessions, honestly a staple in my intra shakes and cannot recommend any more.

Brought this recently for the extra hydration and carbs during training and can't go wrong with it!

Best intra ive used

Tried a good few intra workout carbs before i landed on the trained by JP and all i can say it it made a massive difference to my training with it giving me a boost all the way to the end! I mixed 40g in a 1litre bottle of water and it worked a treat.

Sustain is our intra workout / intra event carbohydrate powder designed for the elite athlete.

We use patented raws for our hydration aiding aminos, in the CocoMineral and added glycerol and pink salt for further hydration benefits

For our carbohydrate source, we have utilised a tri carb blend, consisting of patented Vitargo ( barley starch) , patented cyclic dextrin and Fructose Powder.

The goal here is to increase efficiency of carbohydrates uptake, which is achieved to a greater extent when combining sources in the manner we have with Sustain.

We highly advise Sustain to be sipped across a training session and taken separately to your MPS Max or essential aminos. We also advise consuming Sustain in at least 750ml of water per serving, 1 litre per 2 servings.
