Why Cream of rice?
During prep, offseason or any training phase, eating tasty flavoured things, instead of more boring rice, can help keep you on track with your diet, as it will often feel like a treat, but is perfectly easy to fit within your carbohydrate needs for the day.
During an offseason, when food can get higher, digestion can often become a little more difficult, and in this phase, having a variety of flavours that always digest perfectly , will allow you to keep your appetite and progress moving forward
JP has a huge focus on digestion himself, hitting bodyweights and calorie intakes that are huge, therefore anything we make, is tried and tested by him, to ensure there is not too much sweetener, that the flavourings are not too strong - all the things that are important when actually living and breathing bodybuilding.

- No Signature Required: By selecting this option you agree your parcel may be left at the delivery address or a designated safe location without a signature. Photographic and GPS proof from the courier confirms delivery. Claims of non-delivery will be investigated, but parcels confirmed delivered are not eligible for replacement.
- Signature Required: A signature will be obtained at delivery; choose this for added security.
- Same-day dispatch (express): Guaranteed for orders placed before 1 p.m. Courier delays can occasionally occur.
- Working days: Processing Mon–Sat (excl. Bank Holidays). Deliveries do not include Sundays unless stated by the service.
- Cut-off: Orders after 1 p.m. are processed the next working day.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If an order is returned due to customer error (e.g., failure to take delivery or arrange collection/redelivery), a re-shipping fee applies. Alternatively, a refund of the item price minus our shipping costs can be provided. If the error is ours, we will re-ship at our expense.
