Directions: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning.
Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Bulking Agent: (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Lycopene, Thiamine, Vitamin E (DL-Alpha Tocopherol), Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, P-5-P, Riboflavin, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Optizinc, Vitamin K2 (MK7), Anti-Caking Agents: (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Selenomethionine, Vitamin A (Retinol Acetate, Beta Carotene), Chromium Picolinate, Cyanocobalamin, Biotin, Quatrefolic, Potassium Iodine.
