The following dosages are based on a full, 2 scoop serving-

7000mg L-Citrulline:

Each tub contains 40/20 servings dependant on 1 or 2 scoops.

Directions for use: Off The Spectrum is a high stimulant, nootropic based pre-workout formulated for advanced lifters.

Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking 1 scoop (10.8g) mixed with 250–300ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21.7g). Optimal dosages of active ingredients based at a full 2 scoop serving. Do not exceed more than 1 serving in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of bed time, unless you don’t like sleep.

*Glycerol/glycersize can cause clumping & this is normal and due to its hygroscopic properties can be unavoidable, this is nothing to worry about*
