SUGGESTED USE
- Mix 1 heaped scoop (50g) with 500ml of water in a bottle and shake well.
- Once mixed with water, consume within 24hrs.
- Consume 500ml every 45-60 minutes of exercise or as required.
CARBOHYDRATE LOADING STRATEGY
- Consume up to 4 servings per day with or in-between meals as part of a carbohydrate loading strategy. Carbohydrate loading strategies involve an increase in the amount of carbohydrates a user consumes in the days leading up to an event in order to increase the store of muscle glycogen.

Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs we (NI Supplements) or the courier cannot get more updates than what will appear of your tracking info. Customs are an entity of their own as with new Brexit laws they are sometimes extremely slow at processing orders. Any delays outside of our standard stated delivery times due to customs we cannot accept as our responsibility. We cannot contact them to speed up your order.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.
