Our elbow sleeves are designed to add heat to the joint and offer security while you’re pressing or loading through the elbow. 7mm thickness in our soft neoprene material which ensures you don’t take away from the lift and entirely focus on the security and safety of the elbows.

HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE:

Measure the circumference at your elbow whilst at a 30-degree angle using a flexible measuring tape.

Small: 9-10.3 inches

Medium: 10.3-11 inches

Large: 11-11.9 inches

X-Large: 11.9-12.6 inches

XX-Large: 12.6-13.4 inches +
