Out of all the Ghosts this one seems to have the strongest flavour, it’s really nice!

Great in food

Apparently all vegan powders taste a bit gritty but I put this one in cookies/treats and tastes great!

Okay for a vegan protein, dries out for overnight oats

I purchased the vegan Cinnabon ghost protein thinking it was the whey version. You can’t really taste the cinnamon as much as the whey version but if you’re someone who can’t consume whey this is a good alternative. I can stomach it better than other vegan proteins. The main thing that put me off this protein though is that it really dried out my overnight oats nearly turning them into solid protein balls this might be preferred by someone by people though.
