Each 30g scoop gives 24g of protein from a blend of whey isolate, concentrate and hydrolysed whey, with around 112 kcal and about 1g of sugar. Is it suitable if I'm lactose intolerant?
It contains milk. If dairy doesn't agree with you, look at NXT Beef Protein Isolate instead.
