Directions For Use: Defib Proven Edition™ is an extremely highly dosed, research driven “best in class” pre-workout formulated for the elite. Please consider your own level of eliteness prior to use. We recommend taking two scoops (34g) mixed with 350ml – 500ml of water 20 – 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed more than ONE serving in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep, unless you don’t want to.
