Have been on these for the past 30 days on the recommendation of one of the guys in the shop. Have had bulging discs for years that keep on flaring up and stop my training just when I try to get back on track. In the past even doing a days diy around the house had me struggling to get up out of a chair without my back going into a spasm and knocking any chance of training on the head. It could just be a placebo effect but after about 5 days of these I felt a noticeable easing of my back pain,,even better is that in all the good weather we have had the amount of diy jobs carried out normally would've had me crippled,,but not once have I felt the back likely to spasm after a day of the wife ordering me about lol
I'm not saying its a miraculous back cure as I definitely can feel the underlying issue,,,but at this moment I really do feel the risk of my back spasming is minimal,,,,back has felt that good i have even managed a few training sessions this past week,,just a pity all my other muscles are aching from first proper session in ages lol
Definitely recommend giving these a try,, I was a little sceptical as to whether they'd help, but after the first month on them I'm definitely going to try another month,,hopefully they will let me train pain free long enough to get some fitness back long-term.
