Hydra Flow is our premium daily hydration product, designed to hydrate the body, replace electrolytes that have been lost through sweat, and has added vitamins to revitalise the body.
Hydra Flow Contains Cocomineral®️ which is a patented instantised coconut water powdered extract containing the key electrolytes sodium and potassium, which can help to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat during exercise. CocoMineral®️ is low in fat and high in carbohydrate, meaning it is ideal for replenishing glycogen stores post-workout. We used CocoMineral®️ to ensure the quality of the product was held to the highest standard.
Hydra Flow can be used at any time during the day, whether is be first thing in the morning to achieve optimal hydration straight out of bed, or post workout to help replace the electrolytes that have been lost through sweating during exercise.

General Delivery Terms
- No Signature Required: By selecting this option you agree your parcel may be left at the delivery address or a designated safe location without a signature. Photographic and GPS proof from the courier confirms delivery. Claims of non-delivery will be investigated, but parcels confirmed delivered are not eligible for replacement.
- Signature Required: A signature will be obtained at delivery; choose this for added security.
- Same-day dispatch (express): Guaranteed for orders placed before 1 p.m. Courier delays can occasionally occur.
- Working days: Processing Mon–Sat (excl. Bank Holidays). Deliveries do not include Sundays unless stated by the service.
- Cut-off: Orders after 1 p.m. are processed the next working day.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If an order is returned due to customer error (e.g., failure to take delivery or arrange collection/redelivery), a re-shipping fee applies. Alternatively, a refund of the item price minus our shipping costs can be provided. If the error is ours, we will re-ship at our expense.
