INTRA also includes L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine, which is supplemented before prolonged physical exercise to enhance electrolyte absorption and improve endurance, helping fight fatigue, improve intestinal permeability. It has also been noted to improve reaction time. We have also included Betaine Anhydrous, which has been shown to increase muscle protein synthesis and increase both power and endurance. And finally a blend of electrolytes aiding in muscle function and improved markers in reduced tiredness and fatigue.
