B Excellence provides eight easily absorbed B vitamins plus trimethylglycine (TMG) in one capsule for a simple way to promote energy production, neurological function, and methylation.* This product features all the B vitamins in pharmacological doses with ample Pantothenic Acid (B5), making it is well suited for people who have to handle high levels of chronic stress.*
About Methylation
In simple terms, methylation protects your DNA, which is necessary for health. When mutations occur in DNA, your risk of disease, such as cancer, increases. Methylated B vitamins, including methylcobalamin (B12) and methylfolate (B9) help protect DNA by donating their methyl groups to cytosine, one of the four nucleic acids that make up DNA.
Methylation also helps the body detoxify homocysteine, an amino acid that is associated with heart disease. Methylation plays a role in synthesis of neurotransmitters, such as serotonin and norepinephrine, and hormones, including melatonin an estrogen. It also regulates the fight-or-flight stress response and impacts the function of immune cells.
B Excellence provides methylated tissue-ready B vitamins to ensure methylation processes are cranking.* About 40 percent of the population has the MTHFR genetic mutation that impairs their ability to convert the non-active B vitamins to their active forms. This increases risk of heart disease, migraines, miscarriages, Alzheimer’s, depression, mental illness, cancer, and autoimmune disease, such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Other factors that can inhibit the body’s ability to convert non-active vitamins to their active forms include aging, compromised liver function, poorly functioning enzymes, digestive disturbances, and poor quality diet.

Shipping on orders under £50.00 will be £4.99 and are 1-2 day working day delivery sent via Parcelforce/GLS.

Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs we (NI Supplements) or the courier cannot get more updates than what will appear of your tracking info. Customs are an entity of their own as with new Brexit laws they are sometimes extremely slow at processing orders. Any delays outside of our standard stated delivery times due to customs we cannot accept as our responsibility. We cannot contact them to speed up your order.

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.
