Containing Alpha GPC, Phosphatidylserine, L-Theanine, Sulforaphane, Lutein and Zeaxanthin Isomers this stack is made with high quality and like always, no proprietary blends.

Dosage

Mix 1 Scoop (4g) with 200-350ml water or your preferred beverage

and consume 90-120 minutes before bed.
