• Customs Notice: Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs, we (NI Supplements) or the courier cannot obtain more updates than what appears on your tracking information. Customs are independent entities, and with new Brexit laws, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delays caused by customs are outside of our stated delivery times and are not our responsibility. We cannot contact customs to expedite your order.

• Delivery Time Estimates: All estimates are subject to stock availability and receipt of your order by 1 p.m. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be processed the next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

• Failed Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., failure to take delivery or arrange a collection/redelivery), a re-shipping fee will apply. Alternatively, a refund for the item minus our shipping costs can be provided. If the error is ours, the item will be re-shipped at our expense.
