GDA1 is one of our thoroughly formulated products to enhance insulin sensitivity and improve your body's ability to utilise carbohydrates well, Improving the long & short term benefits of the nutrient shuttling effects of this product.
This formula is strongly supported by GlucoVantage® from NNB Nutrition, Dihydroberberine which is roughly 5 times stronger than normal berberine due to increased bioavailability & longer lasting effects. Typically, standard berberine can cause GI & digestion issues, which is avoided by using this reduced form which is more fat -soluble.
Each tub contains 30 full servings (150 capsules) but many users will find they get 150-75 servings from this product due to the powerful formula.
Each 5 capsules serving of GDA1 contains;
500mg Bitter Melon (10:1): This ingredient can help reduce sugar spikes after meals as well as improve insulin sensitivity and also decreases oxidative stress due to being rich in antioxidants.
500mg Banaba Leaf (Std. to 1% Corsolic acid): This extract aids in muscle cell uptake of glucose, essentially shuttling carbs into the muscle allowing for glycogen stores instead of storing them as fat due to decreased blood sugar spikes, increased insulin sensitivity allowing for more carbs to be absorbed.
400mg Gymnema Sylvestre (std. to 75% gymnemic acids): This extract can reduce sugar cravings by blocking sweet receptors on the tongue. It also stimulates insulin secretion which can reduce fasting blood glucose & aid in regeneration of the beta cells in the pancreas which are important for insulin production and ensuring insulin sensitivity.
400mg Cinnamon Extract (10:1): this ingredient improves insulin sensitivity, also protects beta cells (pancreas). Cinnamon can also slow carb digestion which intern will decrease sugar spikes. Reduction in oxidative stress due to polyphenols.
300mg ALA: Alpha-Lipoic Acid can increase the way the body absorbs glucose, providing fuel to fill glycogen stores in the muscle, this is done via activation of the GLUT4 receptors. ALA has been shown to reduce post meal spikes & fasted glucose levels & can also support mitochondrial function.
250mg GlucoVantage® (Dihydroberberine): This patented version of Dihydroberberine is highly bioavailable and 5 x more potent than normal berberine but without the documented side effects. Increased nutrient shuttling via glut4 activity & can also increase mitochondrial function as well as use of fat stores for energy which can aid in body recomposition. DHB also suppresses the livers ability to produce glucose ensuring more control.
35mg AstraGin®: This patented formula of Panax & Astragalus in a way that yields the active compounds to enhance nutrient uptake of glucose to muscle cells (via GLUT4 expression) which also improves insulin sensitivity & also maximises the overall ingredient panels absorption.
10mg Bioperine®: This patented Piperine extract was added to GDA1 to further enhance the effectiveness of the included ingredients to maximise its effectiveness.
300mcg Chromium Picolinate: This highly bioavailable trace mineral increases insulin sensitivity, ensures better blood sugar control both fasted & post meal glucose spikes are lower reducing the need for more insulin to be produced by the beta cells of the pancreas.
Suggested use: A full 5 capsule serving won't be needed due to the potency of the ingredients. This serving is typically split between pre & post and other meals.
2 capsule serving before a very high carb meal is adequate for most & for moderate/high carb meals to enhance nutrient delivery, 1 capsule should suffice.
