During an offseason or time when body fat and calorie intake is higher, our cells are much less receptive to storing carbohydrates and the muscle cells will stop taking in as much glycogen.
This can result in increased fat storage and a need for higher levels of insulin output. In turn, this will put extra stress on the pancreas, fasted blood glucose levels will rise and health will be impacted negatively. Training performance, recovery and progress will all be affected as a result.
Taking INSURE with your higher carbohydrate meals will increase insulin sensitivity and allow your body to utilise carbohydrates more efficiently, keeping body fat storage to a minimum.

Serving Suggestion
A full serving (3 capsules) will only be needed with your highest carbohydrate meals during peak off-season periods.
Typically only 2 capsules per high carbohydrate meal will be sufficient due to the extremely potent formula.
During low carbohydrate periods and dieting you will only need 1 capsule with carbohydrate meals.
