Building upon the huge respect and reputation of our original SUSTAIN AMINO PERFORMANCE, GENETIC SUSTAIN 2.0 is now engineered with 12g of 'Advanced Technology' fermented vegetable iBCAAs (instantised Branched Chain Amino Acids) and a huge 3.4g of 'Beet Nitrate' yet still retains it's practically zero carb content and proven base formulation to meet a demanding athlete or trainers requirements, which are typically to maximize performance intensity & endurance.

This is achieved via the following performance factors:

12g 'Advanced Technology' iBCAAs per serving: Branched Chain Amino Acids, when consumed around the ‘training window’ are considered to be ‘anti-catabolic’ in that they provide a protective ‘buffer’ between the working muscle tissue and the body’s requirement for fuel to power that session or sporting activity. BCAAs are compromised of the 3 amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine

Leucine plays a huge role in maximising anabolic-response and the up-regulation of protein by the body. Iso-Leucine increases glucose uptake and the usage of glucose during exercise. Valine is more similar in properties to leucine than it is to Iso-Leucine and makes up the 3rd Branched Chain Amino Acid in the accepted optimal ratio of 2:1:1.

5g Citrulline Malate per serving. L-Citrulline is a dietary supplement associated with sports performance and cardiovascular health. Beta-Alanine has also been documented to enhance performance in muscular endurance.

3.4g ‘Beet’ Nitrate:

Betaine, or to give it's correct name Trimethylglycine (TMG) is a rapidly absorbed inorganic nitrate which is found in beetroots and has many documented links with improvements in maximal oxygen consumption (V02 Max) during exercise and also in post-training cortisol reduction. TMG is also classed as an ‘osmolyte’ in that it is transported in and out of cells ‘on demand’ by the body in order to protect the cell and its hydration.
