12g 'Advanced Technology' iBCAAs per serving: Branched Chain Amino Acids, when consumed around the ‘training window’ are considered to be ‘anti-catabolic’ in that they provide a protective ‘buffer’ between the working muscle tissue and the body’s requirement for fuel to power that session or sporting activity. BCAAs are compromised of the 3 amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine

Valine is more similar in properties to leucine than it is to Iso-Leucine and makes up the 3rd Branched Chain Amino Acid in the accepted optimal ratio of 2:1:1.

TMG is also classed as an ‘osmolyte’ in that it is transported in and out of cells ‘on demand’ by the body in order to protect the cell and its hydration.
