60mins pre gym session: Take 1-2 scoops of Hyper Mass (250-500 cals) with around 400-500ml water (1 scoop for smaller muscle group days, 2 scoops for larger muscle group days like legs, back, chest).
During / Intra Training: Take 1 scoop of EAA's if using smaller muscle groups. If using larger muscle groups like legs, chest & back use 2 scoops of EAA's and sip continually during your workout. Mix this with 1 - 2 large tablespoons of Carbox into 500-700ml (or whatever your preference if you need more) water and sip continually during training.
